There are several club drives spread throughout the season. These are for club members only and are a fear-free and fun way of getting some experience of playing in matches.​

The events are advertised on the clubhouse noticeboard, put your name on the sheet if you want to play.  ​

Dress code is usually (but not always) club shirt and grey trousers/shorts, please check the Fixtures List.

In addition, there are three special club drives, dress code club shirt and white trousers/shorts,.

All members are encouraged to play in these matches.

President’s Day: A fun day with a bowls afternoon, tea and cakes.

This year it is being held in memory of our late President, Geoff Bishop.

Captain v Vice Captain Day: Participants are allocated to either the Captain's or the Vice Captain’s team.

​

Captain’s Day: Lunch is provided before play begins. Players are divided up into teams. The match format is variable and is intended to be a fun occasion. Afternoon tea is also provided.
